Orthopedic, manual and pelvic physical therapy provided in-person, delivered by an expert in physical therapy with over 7 years of experience.

Pelvic Physical Therapy

At Restored Core we do not strive to only resolve your pain, leakage, prolapse or pregnancy problem. Our goal is to help you return to the highest level athlete, employee, mom, etc that you want to be.

Restore your core - postpartum recovery
  • Sign up for 6 weeks of virtual physical therapy to work through your body’s changing environment during the 4th trimester.
  • Not sure if you need physical therapy? This will answer those questions as you navigate life as a new mom and make sure that your body is taken care of, in addition to your baby.
Push prep - Prepping for labor
  • Sign up for a 12 weeks of virtual physical therapy in order to be as prepared for labor delivery as possible.
  • Do you feel overwhelmed reading information about birth prep? This course will answer all those questions and give you the most up-to-date research for you and your baby.
Return to Running/Lifting
  • Sign up for our 6 week course that will take you through the most up to date research on returning to running to ensure you get back to all running activities stronger than ever and without injuries.
